YouTube Transcript Sync is a browser extension that displays available YouTube captions in a side panel and provides reading, seeking, language switching, Notion, copy, and export workflows.

Transcript availability depends on caption tracks provided by the current YouTube video. We do not guarantee that every video has captions, translations, or exportable transcript data.

Free features include transcript reading, playback sync, timestamp seeking, timestamp display controls, and available caption language switching.

Pro features may include full transcript copy, TXT export, JSON export, Notion workflow features, export preferences, and future professional transcript tools.

Prices are shown in USD. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added during checkout where applicable.

The early monthly price is available to the first 100 Pro customers and is intended to remain at $4.90 USD per month for those customers while their subscription remains active.

The early yearly price is $49 USD for the first year unless a checkout page states otherwise. Future renewals may occur at the price shown during checkout or in subscription management.

You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the subscription management link provided after purchase or by contacting support@youtubetranscriptsync.app.

Canceling stops future renewals. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

For first-time purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days if the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.

Refund requests should include the purchase email, purchase date, browser version, and a short description of the problem.

Renewals, accounts that violate these terms, and issues caused by unavailable YouTube captions are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

You are responsible for using exported transcript content in compliance with YouTube's terms, copyright law, and the rights of the original content owner.

You may not use the extension to bypass access controls, scrape content at abusive volume, resell transcript data as a standalone dataset, or interfere with YouTube or third-party services.

The extension depends on YouTube pages and caption data, and optional workflows may interact with Notion or payment services such as Stripe.

We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Notion, or Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. YouTube page changes, browser changes, unavailable captions, or third-party service changes may affect functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
